Pasquale (Pat) Ferrara has 35 years of corporate human-resources experience in diverse human-capital roles with both domestic and international financial-services and service-delivery organizations. Pat’s most recent role was executive director of HR for a global financial-services organization responsible for business partnership, internal development, coaching and team building, and strategic total rewards design, delivery, and compliance.
Pat specialized in providing guidance to executives and managers on strategic human-capital initiatives around organizational design, restructuring, employee relations, and litigation avoidance. He has expert experience in design and delivery of a broad range of customized employee-engagement and team-building workshops focusing on cross-organizational excellence. Pat was the lead HR executive for the organization’s merger and acquisition activities. His wealth of knowledge also includes, succession and workforce planning, compensation and culture strategy, and the design and delivery of mentorship programs and benefits programs.
Pat earned an MBA in human-resources management. He is an International Coach Federation certified professional coach. He specializes in energy leadership development for individuals and teams, and he is certified to administer proprietary and qualitative assessments. He has developed and delivered numerous team-building workshops and is a seasoned facilitator. Pat’s goal at Westminster Consulting is to provide all services related to your employee development.
Pat resides in Great River, Long Island, New York with his wife, Mary Ann. He has three adult children, all of whom work in financial services. Pat loves to kayak and is an avid hiker, and cyclist.
